Once in a while we like to share with our audience the experience that some of our customers have had in working with Alternative. In light of our recent honor of being ranked the #166 fastest growing company in the country according to Inc. Magazine I am happy to share this customer story with you:
After launching Salesforce.com 2 weeks ago, with you as our implementation partner, I would like to finally take a breath to let you know what a great partner you have been. We had a clear map of our Phased implementation, to include Connect with Epicor. Along the way, TWG recognized needs for additional functionality. Without hesitation, the Alternative team, Juel Hood and Jeff Rogers took a true “partnership” role to work through the requirements and recommend solutions. As a result, TWG was able to provide a very well rounded Phase 1 Salesforce.com implementation. In addition to their flexibility to help satisfy requirements, Juel and Jeff were very thorough in providing recommendations and best practices.
Perhaps the sad part about go-live is that we are missing the more frequent contact with Juel and Jeff. They became very much a part of the TWG team. As a result of the support that Juel and Jeff provided, TWG has continued with development work utilizing Jeff’s talents. We have also entered into a Tier3 support agreement with Alternative.
Specific to the accomplishments achieved with Juel’s Program Management, TWG for the first time is able to provide our sales team with a full data picture of our business. Her personality and demeanor supported a very productive relationship.
Jeff Rogers continues to work with TWG, by TWG’s request, due to his development talent and ability to translate business needs into a systematic solution. Jeff was instrumental in allowing us to deploy on time with a solution to meet the business needs.
